Stables/Livery Yard/ Small holding to rent - Wareham Dorset

Available to rent rom July 2010, 10 stables, paddocks, menage, feed room, tack room and hay barn. The price is from £800 per month for use of all the stables, paddocks and facilities. Can only be rented for your own horses and horses in your care. We do not wish to rent it for use as a Livery yard with other people's horses.

We will consider renting half of the stables for £500 per month.

Special rates may also be available for charities.

We are situated in Dorset between Wareham and Bere Regis and within travelling distance of Poole, Dorchester and Wool.

What we have in brief:

We have  16 acres of paddocks set in 37 acres of grounds. Turn out is possible throughout the year although in cases of drought or really bad weather we may restrict grazing to morning or day time only. The paddocks are mostly post and rail with electric wire along top rail and consists of excellent grazing in well drained soil so we have little or no problem with mud. 

Wareham Forest which has excellent hacking for miles and miles is 10 minutes ride down the quiet country lane. We also have  a bridle path that runs through our grounds which leads through the woods and past the golf course.

We have 10 stables all of which have lights. The yard also has flood lights. There is a feed room, tack room and hay barn. Toilets and shower are also available.

We have an all year round sand school with flood lights.

We have 24 hour supervision as we live on the property and the entrance and all the fields gates are locked at night. We also have CCTV cameras and an automatic gate which closes at night at the end of our driveway.
